Hank Stuever’s guide to summer TV shows

Looking at this summer’s lineup is a little like arriving at your favorite vacation spot and noticing that the shave-ice shack burned down over the winter. In any event, most of us are just here so we can get a good spot for the real fireworks: “Breaking Bad” starts its last season Aug. 11. Here’s my annual quick-hit guide to what looks interesting.

Stevie Nicks joins country trio Lady Antebellum for a "CMT Crossroads" episode (CMT at 10), joining on stage in Los Angeles to perform each other's hits, including Nicks's "Landslide," "Rhiannon," "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around," along with Lady A's "Need You Now" and "Love Don't Live Here."

A woman wants to join the family business, but her skimpy outfits of choice aren't appropriate for a work atmosphere. So, Stacy and Clinton take her to find more professional clothing on "What Not to Wear" (TLC at 10).

A creepy Halloween store wants a tank shaped like a coffin on "Tanked" (Animal Planet at 10), while a California inn requests an aquarium be built into a giant tree.

Self-help guru Dr. Phil McGraw and comedian Tom Dreesen are on "Late Show With David Letterman" (CBS at 11:35).

"The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" (NBC at 11:35) hosts actress Zooey Deschanel, actor Terry Crews with musical guests Orquesta Buena Vista Social Club.
